Avoid Communication issues with Correct Central Station Telephone Numbers

Date Added: 4/16/20

Missed Alarm Signal due to Contact ID and 8-Digit Format Accounts on Same Receiver Line Card

Date Added: 8/22/23

Tech Note:  Missed Alarm Signal due to Contact ID and 8-Digit Format Accounts on Same Receiver Line Card.

NAPCO has received reports of installations where a communicator sent a signal into a central station receiver and the NOC website shows that the receiver kissed-off the signal, but the signal was never processed by the automation. Upon examination, this issue has been attributed to corrupt data being misinterpreted as valid.  See this Tech Note for complete details.
