If your Gemini or iBridge app is unable to connect to your account, or the app connects to the wrong account, it is possible two different radio "User ID" numbers exist for the same account number, creating a conflict for the communicator, preventing a correct connection.
Applicable Models: StarLink SLE-LTEV-C, SLE-LTEV-Z, All StarLink Connect Communicators.
