Optimizing Supervision of the StarLink GSM Communicators, models SLe-GSM, SLe-GSM-3/4G and SLe-GSM-8D-3/4G.
Napco's StarLink SLe-GSM, SLe-GSM-3/4G and SLe-GSM-8D-3/4G Series GSM Communicators have been found to be extremely reliable, however, they are subject to environmental and other conditions that can impact the availability of the cellular communications network. We therefore recommend using the advanced supervision options that Napco offers, as detailed in this Tech Note.

An issue has been identified with the SLE-GSM-8D-3/4G running V5.2.4 firmware:
When using the remote app, the PGM will not change state to trip the key switch zone, thus not allowing the system to arm. The workaround described in this Tech Note can be used to allow the PGM to change state.
