Description
StarLink SLE-MAX2 Series: Enabling Conversion of Pulse 4/2 Dial Capture to Contact ID Reporting Programming Instructions.
The 4/2 to Contact ID (CID) conversion template maps 4/2 pulse event codes to their corresponding Contact ID event codes, enabling consistent translation of security events. Technicians MUST download and apply the updated template to all associated StarLink radio communicators to ensure accurate event reporting to the central station.
Events will NOT be reported if the modified template is not applied!
