Please refer to the video below, for instructions on updating the firmware on an older CICP2100 / CICP2100S running firmware version 12.6.8 or earlier, using the Latest version of uniVerse Finder Utility.

Firmware Note:   After updating to firmware version 12.7.8, you'll be able to launch the NLM Configuration Setup, directly from the uniVerse Finder Utility Software.
