DL-Windows V5.5.3 Software - Full Download.
This updated version of 5.5.3 adds full Bluetooth support for the iLock and Citywide apps. For existing 5.5.3 users: To ensure backup compatibility, the original CD version of 5.5.3 is available here.
IMPORTANT: Before upgrading to this new version, back up and save your existing DL-Windows database!
IMPORTANT: For those existing DL-Windows users who are upgrading their existing DL-Windows software to this new version 5.5.3, and therefore upgrading from MS SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server 2012 Express, follow the steps outlined in the PDF file "READ_ME_FIRST_Perform New Install or Upgrade older DL-Windows V5.x.x to V5.5.3_WI2330ALF.10_ADDM.pdf" located in the root folder.
IMPORTANT: To install the software, click the DOWNLOAD button and save the WinZip file to a folder on your PC. Next, Extract All of the contents of the WinZip file to the same or a newly created folder location (again, be sure to "Extract All").
In the Setup folder, run "Setup.exe" as an Administrator and select either Server Installation (recommended) or Workstation Installation from the window that appears. Again, we recommend that you follow the steps outlined in the PDF file "READ_ME_FIRST_Perform New Install or Upgrade older DL-Windows V5.x.x to V5.5.3_WI2330ALF.10_ADDM.pdf" located in the root folder.
Note: Accompanying the DL-Windows 5.5.3 software are two manuals, OI382 and OI383 found in the folder "DL-Windows Software User Guides". Review this documentation for help with system requirements, installation, database configuration and general use of DL-Windows.
If upgrading from 5.1.1., 5.2.3, 5.4.2 or 5.5.2 BETA - The "Database Configuration" program will launch automatically if a database from any of these versions is detected. Check the "Enable Database Configuration Options" checkbox and select "Create New Database and Import Data from the Previous Version", then select the database from the Database Name pull-down.
If upgrading from 4.1.96 - Use the accompanied "Upgrade Utility" program to upgrade / import the account files from this version. Note: All account files, including the AcctList file must be in the same location.

Important:
When upgrading previous versions of DL-Windows with existing Emergency users, only the "Authorization to INITIATE Lockdown" will be enabled after the upgrade to version 5.5.3. The "Authorization to RESET Lockdown" will require you to select "Enable/Disable as Reset Lockdown User" from the User menu on the Global Users screen.
