What can cause the LDAP (Active Directory) configuration in the CardAccess 3000 and CA4K not to function properly?
Below are some of the common reasons why LDAP will not function properly :
NOTE: LDAP Single Sign-On is not supported with the Web Client or the CA4K App.
1) When the Network Path for the LDAP IP is configured in the CardAccess 3000, it MUST be in upper case as per the following example.
For example - LDAP://192.168.2.45
2) Active Directory (LDAP) is used for Single Sign-On for the CardAccess 3000 and CA4K operators only.
