Why is my Milestone DVR integration not working after I configured it in CardAccess 3000?
1) Under "Configuration>DVR Configuration", you must specifiy the port number after the "DVR Server IP".
Ex. : (in the example below, port 81 was selected during the Milestone installation)
DVR Server IP = 192.168.1.43:81
2) Prior to using Milestone or CardAccess 3000, use the camera setup program/web browser to setup and view live video on the camera. If you are having problems using the web browser viewing live video, set the web browser for "Compatibility Mode".
3) If you are unable to get video in the Milestone or CardAccess 3000 software, verify the username and password for the camera is correct by using the camera's setup program. .
4) If the CardAccess 3000 and Milestone Camera is not displaying live video, verify the camera is not configured for "MOTION".
5) Verify the Milestone Client is viewing video before testing the CardAccess 3000.
