Video clips have stopped working and are not appearing under "My Videos". What can I do?
Click "Advanced Settings" to check if a firmware update is available. If so, you will see "Click here to update Firmware". Be aware that the update could take up to 5 minutes to complete.
Note: To avoid this video clip issue from happening in the future, we recommend checking for firmware updates monthly or whenever possible to ensure all cameras are running the latest firmware.
