After my RMC is purchased and licensed, what can cause the RMC not to connect?
Once it is licensed, you must go to Settings > Network Settings > RMC and make sure the "CONNECT TO RMC" is set to ON, and the Network Status displays OK.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As of Sept 2023, a new Remote Management Server (RMC2) server was put into production. Please refer to the RMC2 upgrade instructions in the Continental Document library, on moving your E-Access controllers to the New RMC servers.
