FAQs
Can the Gemini and iSecure apps be used to change StarLink Connect communicator and iSecure Go-Anywhere Hub Z-Wave lock codes?
Yes. The StarLink Connect communicator and iSecure Go-Anywhere Hub must have a running 500-level Z-Wave PC board installed, and the following specifications must be observed:
- StarLink Connect firmware: 148.5.102/59.15, 188.0.102/59.11 or 233.0.102/60.11
- iSecure firmware = 162.9.146.58.6
- iOS Gemini and iSecure app: Versions 1.3.34 or later
- Android Gemini app: Version 1.3.7 or later
- Android iSecure app: Version 1.3.8 or later
All locks listed in the iBridge Z-Wave Evaluated Device List support this functionality unless otherwise noted (this list is available for download here: https://tech.napcosecurity.com/index.php/techlibrary/docdetails/brand_id/1/doc_id/1437)
To manage your Z-Wave lock User Codes: After the lock is learned in the app, open Z-Wave Settings > Z-Wave Device Setup. Select the lock and select Edit/View > Edit Door Lock User Code. Select an open ("Available") user slot and select Set Code.
Notes:
- Each lock can have a different number of "Available" slots
- This feature is not supported by the IBR-ZREMOTE nor the iBridge app
