If a subscriber has five Air Access radio communicators each in five different locations and they want the same database across all communicators, can they add all five radio communicators into the same account?
Yes. When using the ComNet website (www.NapcoComNet.com) to activate the Air Access communicators, you can add all communicators into the same Subscriber ID number.
To consolidate a new Air Access communicator into an existing Subscriber ID:
- Click Device Management > Add Device.
- Click Service Plans.
- Type the device ID into the Radio ID field for the respective device Service Plan, then click Go. Click the Click for Details text if you wish to review the details of the service plan.
- Click Add, to add the service plan to the shopping cart.
- In the Add Subscriber screen, click Existing.
- In the Search field that appears, type the Subscriber ID into which you want to consolidate the communicators. When the correct Subscriber ID is found, click the Subscriber Name to add the selected Device ID into the selected Subscriber ID. In the Subscriber List screen, verify that the selected Device ID has been added into the correct Subscriber ID.
- Finish the activation process by clicking Process Order (or Checkout with credit card information) in the Shopping Cart. Be sure an Order Number appears to complete the activation process.
To consolidate an existing Air Access communicator into an existing Subscriber ID:
- Click Device Management > My Subscriptions.
- In the Subscriber List screen, find the Device ID of the Air Access communicator that you want to consolidate, and click the Device ID.
- In the Change Subscriber screen, click Change.
- In the Search field that appears, type the Subscriber ID into which you want to consolidate the communicators. When the correct Subscriber ID is found, click the Subscriber Name to merge the selected Device ID into the Subscriber ID. In the Subscriber List screen, verify that the selected Device ID has been added into the correct Subscriber ID.
