I programmed information into the Dealer Entered Programming area of the NOC website (www.NapcoNoc.com), but why are the radio signals stopping at the NOC website and not advancing to my central station as I programmed?
If the control panel account is programmed with all 999999999’s for the primary telephone number, the signals will stop at the NOC website reading all 9999999999’s along with the account number. The solution is to simply update the primary telephone number that is programmed into the control panel with the correct number.
